By engaging with Rianadalha’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All projects, including photo editing, video editing, designing, and brand building, will be carried out according to the brief mutually agreed upon before work begins. Any request for revisions or additional features outside the original scope will be treated as new work and may involve additional charges. Payments must be made as per the invoice terms provided, and no final files will be released until full payment is received. Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable as they cover time and resources invested in the project.
Clients are required to provide clear instructions, accurate details, and necessary files in a timely manner. Any delays in providing information or feedback may extend the delivery timeline, for which Rianadalha will not be held responsible. While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays, which will be communicated in advance.
Rianadalha does not accept projects containing offensive, harmful, or illegal material and reserves the right to decline or terminate services if such content is identified. The responsibility for ensuring that all provided materials (such as images, videos, or music) are free of copyright violations rests with the client. Rianadalha will not be held liable for any legal issues arising from client-provided materials
Ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client once the full payment is made. However, raw project files, drafts, or unused concepts remain the intellectual property of Rianadalha unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or falsely claim ownership of work created by Rianadalha.
Rianadalha retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes, including portfolio displays, marketing, and social media, unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.
All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by law.
Any disputes arising from the services will first be addressed through direct communication and mutual understanding. In cases where no resolution can be achieved, Rianadalha’s decision will be considered binding. By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
